I have a really good friend up north that goes by the name of Miss Meghna wonderful and sensational hot singer Miss Meghna who has been in the Scene for quite a while. Miss Meghna out in Ohio!! This girl is one heck a singer with a album called "My Little Tape Recorder" I love that name..Every singer should def have a tape recorder...!

In 2005, rising World&B star Miss Meghna made heads turn when she stepped into the music scene with her EP. The "Bhangra & B Remix" of her first single “In Control” quickly became a crowd favorite, and as word spread about this hot new artist, Miss Meghna hit stages across the country on a U.S. college tour in 2006. Later that year, she released the video for "In Control (Bhangra & B Remix)", which aired on MTV Desi and received thousands of views online. The popularity of her first single led to the release of “In Control: The Maxi Single” - with various remixes that attracted even more fans and earned her a place in DesiHits.com’s Top 10 Artists of 2007. Following the success of her first two releases, Miss Meghna was back in the studio for most of 2007 to finish

recording her debut album, "My Little Tape Recorder." Named after a small gold recorder into which she sang all her melody and lyric ideas, the globally-inspired album quickly moved in a creative and exciting new direction. The unique sound of production team Music Without Borders combined with Miss Meghna’s promising talent as a singer and songwriter resulted in a powerful debut album, released in November 2008. Featuring several guest artists and producers, "My Little Tape Recorder" showcases Miss Meghna’s impressive versatility with its catchy pop songs, introspective R&B tracks, and sultry club bangers

Check below on her upcoming track Imperfect and check out her site http://www.missmeghna.com/

Another artist that much don't know if is another Canadian -jeez another one !! HaHa Just Kidding seems like Canada has some hot talent all over...got a bit of competition going on !!He goes by the name "Roach Killa".The average artist wouldn't be able to grasp the talent of two genres, but then again who said Roach Killa was an average Artist. Roach was born in a small city called Sebha, in Libya which is in the heart of the Sahara desert. At the age of ten, him and his family were forced to migrate to Canada due to the Country's educational limits. At the age of 12 Roach was introduced to the life of urban music and fro the first sounds of reggae, he fell in love with the culture which inspired him to become a reggage artist! Roach Killa has been touring Europe, Asia and Middleast promoting his music and has created a massive fan base around the world. His songs have been play listed on all the commerical radio stations across Europe. His song "Talkin" was relased by EMI/Virgin UK on the Dancehall Selecta CD alongside other artist such as Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Elephant Man and many more!! Roach Killa's song "BOMP" produced and recordeded in Milan, Italy by Ariticolo 31 was released by SONY/BMG and hit no. 15 on the Italian Dance Charts! Italy -Nice!!! check out roach killa-Big Drama Entertainment.

We also heard Jay Seans Little Sneak video came out where he was caught recording in Miami again with his American Version of "My Own Way" Check this out...

Next up someone i ran into this week is a guy named Strikey- being heard of all over the UK with his new release of his new single performing at 8 years old performing in front of thousands of people singing at religious festivals around the country, from which he then began to play instruments such as the Tabla, Harmonium, and the Keyboard. As he grew older he began to play the Violin, and Harmonica which were short lived due to his interest in music changing. He then found a passion for intelligently combining words to rhyme with the help from the Underground music scene. Soon after he discovered his talent he joined a group (FMK) which lead him into performing on radio on a regular basis, performing live at clubs (in the UK and abroad), and street battling. As time went on he grew independent and followed his passion for music on a more unique, sophisticated mature level which has lead him to where he is now. Being able to perform alongside artists such as Chamillionaire, performing in Portugal alongside there biggest artist Boss A.C, performing in Canada, Greece and all around the UK are just some of the many achievements this young artist has accomplished. At the age of 22 strikey is currently performing around on the release of his completed debut album ‘The Wait is Over’ which highlights the life and times of himself, showing various style beats with mixed elements of belief. Along with that release his first single off the album ‘I Remember’ is also available which will give the listener and idea of the life Strikey used to live while on his journey to where he is now, which is also well illustrated in the music video to accompany the single.

Go and buy the single today
